Lead coordinator for up to 14 hours on wedding day, plus assistant(s)
Monthly planning check ins in person or via phone call or zoom, plus unlimited email communication
Will accompany you to venue tours (up to 5)
Curate wedding design + layout
Review and organize vendor contracts
Assist in the vendor selection/inquiring process
Creation of custom Wedding day itinerary, and final detail confirmation with vendors
Management and distribution of final payment and gratuity to vendors (if needed)
Ceremony coordination, along with 1 hour ceremony rehearsal direction
Coordination of events throughout the reception
Planning checklist
Attendance of final venue meeting
Lead decor setup and take down on wedding day
Access to client portal and vendor recommendation list, along with other planning materials

Partial Planning
Starting at $3,500
Our ‘Partial Planning’ package is a great fit if you want to be more involved in the planning or if you have already been making planning decisions, but want support and assistance through the remainder of the process!

Our ‘Month of Coordination’ package is perfect for the couples who have done all the planning and are just looking for a professional to step in during wedding month and ensure smooth details and a seamless wedding day!

Two meeting in person or over the phone within 6 weeks of wedding day

Coordination of events throughout the reception (grand entrance, first dances, and send off for example)
